INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All products purchased by international customers and being delivered to an international destination will have the GST deducted from the final purchase price on checking out. All taxes, customs or duties which may apply in the destination of your country, will be payable by you.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

An adult’s(18 or over) signature is required at the address specified by you during the ordering process for delivery of the package.

All delivery of goods are made by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Whilst every effort is made to meet the delivery time indicated below, occasionally delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.  Allow extra delivery time for holidays, public holidays and special occasions. If requiring goods for a special occasion, please allow enough time for delivery.

DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All orders over $250.00 will be posted with insurance included. Those orders under $250.00 will have a choice of postage by Australia Post and to take insurance, on confirmation of your order. If you choose not to insure the goods sent by ekulpearls.com.au, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss of your package.

All orders except those that are special orders or out of stock will be posted to the address given by you during the ordering process. All of our pieces are individually made and will be sent 48hr after payment has cleared, estimated delivery time by standard post is 5-6 business days and estimated delivery by Express post is 2-3 business days. The Shipping company will insist on personal delivery and a signature by an Adult. Upon failing to be there to receive your package it will be held at the nearest Australia post office for collection by you.

Orders cannot be processed on weekends or public holidays. Deliveries cannot be made on public holidays or weekends.

We will provide an estimated delivery date and tracking number. You are liable for any local taxes, customs or duties applicable in the country of import. We do not accept responsibility for any packages retained for customs inspections and delays caused thereafter. Allow extra delivery time for holidays, public holidays and special occasions. If requiring goods for a special occasion please allow enough time for delivery.

TRANSPORTATION DAMAGE

All packages over $250.00 are insured until delivered. Please immediately report to the courier any damage to the package identified upon delivery. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. All good under $250.00 if you choose not to insure the package we do not accept any responsibility for damaged or lost of goods. 

RETURN POLICY

Products purchased from ekulpearls.com.au may be exchanged or returned for refund within 30 days of delivery.

All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before we accept them. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Any product with signs of wear and tear through use, will not be accepted.

All terms and conditions of returns and exchanges of our product are in accordance with Australia Consumer Protection Legislation.

EXCHANGES

An exchange may be made online at ekulpearls.com.au. If your online purchase is greater in value than the product to be exchanged, you will be charged the difference. If the exchanged product is lower in value, you will receive a refund for the difference via the method that you paid.

Returns

Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason at info@ekulpearls.com.au

Returns must be in their original condition and packaging, including the original sales receipt.

No refunds will be issued without the original sales receipt. If the original sales receipt is not available (for example, because you received the product as a gift or the original sales receipt has been lost by you), we will only offer an exchange.

Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Ekul Pearls.

We will not refund any local taxes, customs or duties paid in the country of import by international customers.

If the product is not being returned because of a breach by us of these terms and conditions, or terms and conditions which apply by legislation, it is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs, including insurance, of returning the products to us. In these circumstances, we will not be liable for any products which are damaged or lost in transit.

We recommend returns within Australia be sent via Australia Post , Platnium Express Post  and International returns be sent via courier services advised by Ekul Pearls at info@ekulpearls.com.au
